Who we are
Reelcraft Studio is a video ad studio based in Norway. Contact: hello@reelcraftads.com.
What we collect and where it comes from
When we contact a business, we use only business contact details the business has published itself, such as the email address on its website or contact page, together with the company name, website and public information about its products and ads (for example from the Meta Ad Library). We do not buy contact lists, guess email addresses or use data brokers.
Why we use it
To offer our video ad service to businesses that may find it useful. Our legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We keep messages short, relevant and few.
How long we keep it
If you don't reply, we delete your details within 12 months. If you ask us to stop, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so that we never email you again.
Your rights
- Opt out at any time: reply "no" or "unsubscribe" to any email.
- Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@reelcraftads.com.
- Complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.no.
Who else sees it
Our email runs on Google Workspace. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
